Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 red sangria lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 italian lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 can tangerine segment, drained (320 grams)
  • 1 package panela cheese, cut into cubes (200 grams)
  • 3/4 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 4 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 envelopes Nestea soluble black tea lemon flavor, for the vinaigrette

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the lettuce with the mandarin orange segments and the panela cheese.
For the vinaigrette, blend the olive oil with the apple cider vinegar and the NESTEA® Soluble Black Tea Lemon Flavor.
Serve the salad with the vinaigrette.

TIPS

You can add caramelised walnuts.
