Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 Re Lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 Italian lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 can tangerine segment, drained (320 grams)
  • 1 package panela cheese, cut into cubes (200 grams)
  • 3/4 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 4 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 envelopes Nestea Black Tea Soluble Lemon Flavor, for the vinaigrette

Preparation

In a bowl mix the lettuce with the mandarin segments and the panela cheese.
For the vinaigrette, liquefy the olive oil with the apple cider vinegar and the NESTEA® Black Tea Soluble Lemon Flavor.
Serve the salad with the vinaigrette.
