Green Salad with Strawberries and Breaded Goat Cheese

Take a spin on the salad of always with this delicious recipe of green salad with strawberries and slices of goat cheese breaded with the delicious Special K® red vintage bars. Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry for the dressing
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry for the dressing
  • 1 clove of Garlic for the dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil for the dressing
  • 1/2 Cup of vinegar for the dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey for the dressing
  • 2 spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Pepper for the dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of thyme for the dressing
  • 3 bars of Special K® Red Harvest
  • 1 piece of goat cheese cut into slices
  • 1 piece of egg smoothie
  • enough of spray oil
  • 2 cups of spinach baby
  • 1 Cup of arugula
  • 1/2 bunch of asparagus cooked, in small pieces
  • 2 cups of Strawberry cut into quarters
  • 4 spoonfuls of almond fillets, toasts
  • 1/4 of Cup of elotito cut into slices
  • 2 pieces of avocado cut into cubes

    Preparation

    For the dressing, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
    With the help of a processor, process the Special K® Red Harvest bars to obtain a fine powder. Reserve half for the salad.
    Bread the slices of goat cheese, passing through egg and cereal.
    Fry the goat cheese in a pan over low heat with a little cooking spray.
    Arrange the salad by mixing the spinach in a bowl with the arugula, the asparagus, the strawberries, the almonds, the elotitos, the avocado, the rest of the Special K® red harvest and the cheese. Serve with the dressing.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad decorated with the slices of goat cheese and accompany with the dressing.

    TIPS

    Add a little lemon juice to the dressing to make it more acidic.
