Take a spin on the salad of always with this delicious recipe of green salad with strawberries and slices of goat cheese breaded with the delicious Special K® red vintage bars. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups strawberry, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups raspberry, for the dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups vinegar, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups bee honey, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt, for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, for the dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoons thyme, for the dressing
  • 3 sticks Special K® Red Harvest
  • 1 goat cheese, cut into slices
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • enough cooking spray oil
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 bunches asparagus, cooked, in small pieces
  • 2 cups strawberry, cut into quarters
  • 4 tablespoons almond, fillets, toasts
  • 1/4 cups baby corn , cut into slices
  • 2 avocados, cut into cubes

Preparation

For the dressing, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
With the help of a processor, process the Special K® Red Harvest bars to obtain a fine powder. Reserve half for the salad.
Bread the slices of goat cheese, passing through egg and cereal.
Fry the goat cheese in a pan over low heat with a little cooking spray.
Arrange the salad by mixing the spinach in a bowl with the arugula, the asparagus, the strawberries, the almonds, the elotitos, the avocado, the rest of the Special K® red harvest and the cheese. Serve with the dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad decorated with the slices of goat cheese and accompany with the dressing.

TIPS

Add a little lemon juice to the dressing to make it more acidic.
