Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 oranges
  • 500 grams surimi
  • 1 can Hearts of Palmito Extra Special®
  • 2 branches celery, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 jicama, cut into cubes
  • 1 cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 2 radishes, cut into cubes
  • 250 grams Extra Special® Feta Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Special® salt flower with basil
  • 1 Extra Special® sesame vinaigrette

Preparation

Cut the covers of the oranges and with the help of a knife and a spoon, carefully remove the segments and hollow the oranges very well. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the surimi with the palm hearts, the celery, the jicama, the cucumber, the radishes, the cheese, the orange segments, the salt flower and the vinaigrette.
Fill the orange peels with the salad and decorate with the tapas.
