For these hot days, we present a rich snack of jicama, carrot and celery with chipotle dressing. If you want to surprise your family with this healthy snack, you can not stop preparing it.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chili
  • 15 teaspoons Hellmann'S Light® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 jicama
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into canes
  • 1 jicama, peeled and cut into canes
  • 3 branches celery, disinfected and cut into canes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, cut into sticks

Preparation

For the dressing: Mix and integrate the chipotle, Hellmann's Light®, milk and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth in a container. Reserve.
Place the vegetables on a platter and lightly bathe with the dressing. Place chopsticks on vegetables and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve vegetables and dressing separately.
