This recipe is a delicious dish of wraps of lettuce, meat and guajillo oriental style. Make it as a main course and surprise your family with this variety of oriental flavors.

  • 12 mixed lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/2 red onions, in dice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons guajillo chili, ground
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in juliana
  • 1 cucumber, medium, with seeds and cut into sticks

Wash the leaves of lettuce gently and dry them gently so as not to break them. Move away
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil at high temperature.
Add the purple onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook 5 minutes. Separate the meat with a spoon.
Remove the fat and place the pan on the fire again.
Reduce to medium temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the orange juice, the honey, the soy sauce, the sesame oil and the ground guajillo, and stir.
Cook until sauce thickens, 3 to 4 minutes.
With a spoon place the meat mixture on the lettuce leaves.
Add the carrots and cucumbers and place in a large tray.
Serve with slices of lime.
