This Andalusian rose sauce is very rich to accompany fish and vegetables.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 of liter of olive oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 olives
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 1 can of Bell pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of English sauce

    Preparation

    In blender put yolks, salt, English sauce and vinegar and garlic, mix well and add the olive oil little by little until a thick sauce is obtained.
    Add peppers, ketchup and olives. Grind completely and put in a sauceboat decorated with a few slices of pepper.
