Recipe of marrow sauce, especially delicious test it!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo marrow, (marrowbone)
  • 1 tomtato
  • 3 ancho chili peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Desvene and soak the chilies, blend with tomato, garlic and onion.
Soak the bones in a pot with water; When the marrow is softened, remove it and put it in a saucepan over a fire.
Add salt and pepper and boil over low heat while stirring until the marrow is loosened.
Pour the tomato and chili shake over the marrow. Fry a few moments and serve very hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve very hot.
