Excellent red fruit vinaigrette perfect to garnish any salad, giving an acidic, sweet and fresh touch to each bite. Without hesitation it is a very good dressing that you can also use with meat, chicken or fish.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 milliliters olive oil
  • 150 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened red fruit jam

Preparation

In a bowl add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and marmalade, stir with a balloon until the ingredients are well integrated and enjoy a salad or place some chicken or turkey.

TIPS

If you have left over, leave it covered with plastic wrap and every time you use it shake again to mix the ingredients.
