Ingredients

24 portions
  • 425 grams black bean, drained
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Bell pepper, chopped
  • 200 grams cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/3 cups green onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Grind the beans in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream and peppers; mix well.
Store 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture and refrigerate it for later use. Add the rest of the cheese in the bean mixture. Spread the mixture in a lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
Add a little onion as a decoration.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with crackers.
