Ingredients

24 servings
  • 425 grams of black bean drained
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of Bell pepper chopped
  • 200 grams of cheese fallen apart
  • 1/3 of Cup of green onion finely chopped

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Grind the beans in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream and peppers; mix well.
    Store 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture and refrigerate it for later use. Add the rest of the cheese in the bean mixture. Spread the mixture in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
    Add a little onion as a decoration.
