Salsa Type Sinaloa

This Sinaloa style sauce is perfect for marinating chicken, beef, pork, etc. since it gives a rich flavor and juicy meat when cooked.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of guajillo chile
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 Cup of White vinegar
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dried oregano
  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme
  • 1 glass of Orange juice
  • 2 leaves of laurel

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients to form a homogeneous mixture.

    TIPS

    Use this sauce to marinate beef, pork, chicken or fish. Preferably marinade the meat of your choice at least 2 hours.
