Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 ounces of Butter
  • 10 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 onions Finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 8.8 ounces of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground ginger and cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of gherkin
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of granulated sugar
  • 0.6 liquid ounces of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
    Add the onion and garlic and fry gently until golden brown.
    Mix the curry powder, the flour, the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and the cloves.
    Add the puree, ginger, cinnamon, pickle, lemon juice and sugar.
    Slowly integrate with the water, stir and let boil.
    Lower the heat, season with salt and cover the pan.
    Let cook slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour and serve.

    TIPS

    This sauce can be reheated before use.
