Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 dark beer

Preparation

Mi esposo cocinó esta receta y quedó buena, pero la segunda vez que la hizo no formó el trompo. Dejó marinar la carne toda la noche y en lugar de hornearla asó los bistecs al carbón, luego picó la carne y la frió con un poco de manteca de cerdo. Quedó riquísima!!!! con todo respeto, por mucho, mejor que horneada.
