Ingredients

20 portions
  • 50 grams Chili pepper, mixture of mulato, tree and guajillo
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

If you prefer, you have to grind the chiles, garlic and salt. but you can also do it in the following way:
Heat in a pan or saucepan over medium heat 1/2 cup olive oil (or the one of your choice).
Add the minced garlic clove, the 10 chilies (tree, mulato and guajillo) in the pan or pan and fry for about 5 minutes, until they are moderately fried; move regularly.
Blend the chilies and minced garlic that were fried with all the oil that was used or if they were previously ground, continue cooking for 5 minutes more.

TIPS

Allow to cool to room temperature and carefully put in a bottle for storage in the refrigerator. Do not chill the chiles for a long time because its flavor becomes bitter.
