Ingredients

6 servings
  • 18 potatoes girl
  • 3 spoonfuls of thyme
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 green lemon

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
    In a pan brown the garlic, and the thyme in the oil and add the lemon juice and salt.
    Marinate the potatoes in olive oil with thyme, garlic and lemon for 30 minutes.
    Place in a pyrex with everything and marinade and bake for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
    To serve.
