    Preparation

    At night put to soak the beans, half onion, 3 garlic and salt.
    Boil the soaked beans, close the pressure pot Express® and put the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, low the flame to medium and cook for 1 hour.
