Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 kilos of broccoli
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 1 tablespoon of guajillo chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

    Preparation

    In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic for 2-3 minutes.
    Add the broccoli and brown for 2 minutes. Add the wine and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked.
    Add the chili flakes and the lemon peel. Mix and remove from heat.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the saucer on a platter decorating with red chiles.
