Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo potato
  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 15 milliliters truffle oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in water.
When they are removed from the water, let cool a little, remove the peel and pass them through the sieve.
Put them in a pot add milk, salt, pepper and truffle oil.
