The recipe for breaded potato balls is the perfect, easy, rich tasting and economic snack. The potato balls are very simple to prepare, and with a very rich flavor. It is a delicious mashed potato that is breaded and fried.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter Oil Oleic®
  • 500 grams potato
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • flour, - as necessary
  • ground bread, - as necessary
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Peel and cut the potato into squares. Cook in a pot with salted water. Once they are soft, drain the water, mash them to puree. Return the puree to the stove, add a teaspoon of oil and milk. Stir for 5 minutes and remove from the fire. Once it's cold, add the cup of cheese, salt and pepper. Stir
Place the flour on a plate. Beat an egg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add the ground bread.
With a spoon take some of the mashed potatoes and place it in the palm of your hands, to form a ball. Repeat this step with all the remaining mashed potatoes.
Pass the balls by flour, then by the egg and finally by the bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a saucepan Once hot, fry the potatoes, add few balls at a time. Once they are fried, place them on absorbent paper. Serve hot

PRESENTATION

Accompany with tomato sauce.

TIPS

Use a potato or bean masher to crush the potatoes.

para la muestra de alimentación con mildred 1 litro de Aceite Oléico®500 gramos de papa1/4 de taza de leche1 taza de queso mozzarella1 pieza de huevoharinas cantidad necesariapanes molidos cantidad necesariasal al gustopimientas al gustoPreparaciónPela y corta la papa en cuadritos . Cuécela en una olla con sal. Una vez que estén blandas, escurre el agua, aplástalas hasta convertirlas en puré. Regresa el puré a la estufa, agrega una cucharadita de aceite y la leche. Revuelve por 5 minutos y retira de la lumbre. Una vez que esté frío, incorpora la taza de queso, sal y pimienta. Revuelve.Coloca la harina en un plato. Bate un huevo en un tazón. En otro tazón incorpora el pan molido.Con una cuchara toma un poco del puré de papa y colócala en la palma de tus manos, para forma una bolita. Repite este paso con todo el puré restante.Pasa las bolitas por harina, posteriormente por huevo y por último por el pan molido.Calienta el aceite en una olla. Una vez caliente, fríe las papas, agrega pocas bolitas a la vez. Una vez que estén fritas, colócalas en papel absorbente. Sirve caliente.
