Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 kilo of cambray potato
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of scallion
  • 10 branches of fresh thyme
  • 2 branches of rosemary
  • 3 teaspoons of sea ​​salt
  • 1/2 Cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Wash the potatoes with enough water, dry them well and place them in a baking tray. Add oil, sea salt, thyme, rosemary and pepper. Mix everything perfectly, cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    Once the time has passed, remove the aluminum foil and brown for 10 more minutes.
    Finely chop the chives. Reservation.
    Remove the potatoes from the oven, and make a cross cut. Inside the cut, add a tablespoon of sour cream and sprinkle with the onion.

    PRESENTATION

    Present them on a wooden board or directly on the plate.

    TIPS

    You can use yellow or purple cambray potatoes.

    Muy buena la receta y muy sencilla, solo que para mi gusto las papas estaban muy duras con el tiempo de cocción establecido. Quedaron deliciosas!! ❤
