Surprise your guests with this baked potato chip snack, they are a delight and are very easy to prepare and with ingredients that you have at home.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 16 chambray potatoes, cooked and drained
  • 16 slices smoked bacon
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 1 pinch salt, and pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a small saucepan over high heat.
Thoroughly dry the potatoes with absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover each one with a slice of bacon and place a toothpick to prevent the bacon from falling off.
Fry in hot oil until bacon is crisp.
Remove excess fat with absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with the dip of your choice. You can place 3 chips on each toothpick to form a skewer.

TIPS

For the healthy version of this delicacy, bake them for 35 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
