Preparation
Heat the butter, add the leeks and cover the pan. Stir 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices; add them to the pan. Season and sprinkle the celery seeds; stir well and cook, uncovered. 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately.
