The potatoes with thyme is a delicious companion for any dish. It is an easy flavor to combine and we all love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo potato cambray
  • 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme
  • 100 milliliters lemon juice

Preparation

Cook and peel the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and reserve. Apart, mix garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oil and salt. Heat just in a small skillet and pour over the french fries.
