Delicious and original rice recipe for sushi. It is super easy to make and serves as a garnish for any dish, to make sushi or nigiris. Try this rice recipe for sushi.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams short grain white rice, boiled
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Wash the rice until the water runs clear.
Put the rice and water in a pot over high heat until it boils.
Reduce heat and cover.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Turn off and leave covered for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt until it dissolves.
Add the vinegar mixture with the rice and stir.
