If you are a sushi lover, but you are taking care of the line, reduce your carbohydrate consumption with this incredible version of sushi based on Cauliflower Eva® Bits. With a layer of cream cheese, with avocado, mango, tuna and salmon. Do not stop preparing it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • enough of Water
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 3 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 190 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 4 pieces of nori seaweed
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices
  • 1 piece of mango in slices
  • 100 grams of fresh salmon cut into thick strips
  • 100 grams of fresh tuna cut into thick strips
  • to taste of ponzu soy sauce To accompany
  • to taste of tampico To accompany

    Preparation

    Heat the water in a pot until it breaks the boil. Add the salt and cook the Cauliflower Eva® Bits for 5 minutes. Drain and dip in cold water to prevent cooking. Drains again.
    Mix the Cauliflower Eva® Bits with the cream cheese in a bowl.
    Cover the seaweed with the cauliflower mixture, pressing lightly with your hands. Take care to leave a small space on the edge, to be able to roll up.
    Place slices of avocado, mango, salmon or tuna and close forming a sushi roll. Stick with a little water, varnishing the edge of the seaweed and seal very well.
    Cut the roll with a very sharp knife and accompany with ponzu and tampico.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with ponzu and add a little tampico.

    TIPS

    The cream cheese is mixed with the cauliflower so that it can adhere to the nori seaweed without problem.
