Preparation
Heat the water in a pot until it breaks the boil. Add the salt and cook the Cauliflower Eva® Bits for 5 minutes. Drain and dip in cold water to prevent cooking. Drains again.
Mix the Cauliflower Eva® Bits with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Cover the seaweed with the cauliflower mixture, pressing lightly with your hands. Take care to leave a small space on the edge, to be able to roll up.
Place slices of avocado, mango, salmon or tuna and close forming a sushi roll. Stick with a little water, varnishing the edge of the seaweed and seal very well.
Cut the roll with a very sharp knife and accompany with ponzu and tampico.
