Sweet Potato Lasagna

Prepare for your family this delicious sweet potato lasagna with a cheese sauce that give an exquisite touch, it is ideal to serve with your main course. Enjoy its unique flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of cream to beat
  • 1/4 of Cup of Manchego cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 4 pieces of yellow sweet potato
  • 1 Cup of cheese mix, to gratin

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350°F).
    For the sauce: in a sauce pan, heat the heavy whipping cream with all the cheeses. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut in thin slices.
    Press a layer of sweet potatoes evenly into the bottom of casserole or baking pan. Pour some cream mix over with some cheese. Repeat the previous step until getting to the top. Finish with shredded cheese.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
    Cut and serve warm with salad.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a green salad.
