Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
On a table and with a knife cut off the top of the pumpkins and scoop out with a spoon. Reserve the stuffing.
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with the olive oil, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
