Preparation
Heat a pot with water and add salt to taste.
Cook the sliced zucchinis for a minute.
Between 2 cooked zucchinis, put a slice of ham and another of panela cheese.
Insert a toothpick through to keep the ingredients still.
Using a mixer beat the egg whites, then add a pinch of salt and keep beating until stiff peaks form. Add the eggs yolks one by one.
Roll the zucchinis over flour and then pass them through the egg mix.
Fry the zucchinis in a pot with heated vegetable oil.
Serve warm with some salsa.
