  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 guajillo chilies, soaked and deveined
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups bean, green, clean and bleached
  • 1 cup carrot, diced
  • 1 cup nopal, cooked and cut into strips
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers
  • enough epazote
  • tortillas, To accompany
  • lemons, To accompany

Preparation

On a griddle, grill the tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
Blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, guajillo chili, water and Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Reservation.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the onion, add the beans, carrots, nopales, tree chilies, tomato sauce, epazote and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve in a deep plate and serve with tortillas and lemon.
