Do you love tortilla soup? This recipe will become your favorite, a rich Bicolor Tortilla Soup made with white corn tortilla and blue corn tortilla. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 5 corn tortillas, Yellow
  • 5 corn tortillas, Blues
  • 1 cup panela cheese, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup pork rind, chopped
  • 1 avocado, cut into medium cubes
  • 3 guajillo chilies, cut into strips, fried
  • 2 cans broth, for Campbell's ® tortilla soup

Preparation

Cut the tortillas into thin strips. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the tortilla strips until they are golden brown for 5 minutes. Remove the oil and drain to remove excess oil.
Heat in a medium saucepan the tortilla soup broth plus a can of water, over medium heat until it boils for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
Serve in a deep dish, a little fried tortillas, panela cheese, chicharro, avocado and fried guajillo chili. Finish by filling with the hot tortilla soup broth

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl with the hot broth

TIPS

You can add a spoonful of cream if you like.
