This juice, also called meat broth, is full of protein, and is ideal to give energy to the sick or the elderly. On top of that, it's delicious! Children also love it. It makes little because it is a natural concentrate.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos neck of beef
  • 1 beef bone marrow
  • 2 carrots, without skin and cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 onions, split into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 branches celery, big
  • 3 leaves dried bay leaf
  • 2 branches thyme
  • 12 branches parsley
  • 1 serrano chile, optional
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 4 limes, sour party

Preparation

Place the meat, bone, carrots, onion, garlic, celery, herbs, whole chili, salt and 1 1/2 liter of cold water in the Express® Pressure Cooker.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker, and that's it!

To serve, heat the broth and season with the English sauce and the seasoning juice, rectify the seasoning.

TIPS

For a lighter version it suppresses the marrow bone. With the leftover meat, make a stew with onion, tomato and chile de árbol, and prepare a homemade snack of tacos with corn tortillas, either simple or golden in oil.
