This recipe is great and very tasty, it is a dish typical of my state of Jalisco, very good option for the Independence Day ... Bon appetit!

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 kilos of hominy
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 kilos of Pork Meat backbone, leg, head
  • 1 kilo of pork bone to flavor
  • 1/4 of kilo of guajillo chili pepper not spicy
  • 1 head of garlic girl
  • 1 onion minced
  • radishes sliced
  • lettuce chopped, washed and disinfected
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla

    Preparation

    Place the corn in a large pot, cover with water, add the garlic and salt to taste and cook over medium heat for 2 hours and add the garlic head.
    After that time, add the meat to the pot and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is very soft.
    Soak the chilies in hot water until they are soft, remove the seeds and tail and grind them, Strain.
    Pour the red sauce into the pot with the corn and let it boil, rectify the seasoning and let it boil a few more minutes before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with chopped lettuce, chopped onion and a few drops of lemon juice. Accompany with toast.

    Le falta condimentar la receta Se debe condimentar con oregano y algunas recetas le ponen hojas de laurel, de otra manera queda muy insípido el caldo.
