Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of green bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of cabbage cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 8 cups of chicken soup
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a saucepan over medium heat with the oil, cook the onion, garlic, celery, green pepper, carrot and cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the tomato and mushrooms, cook a few minutes and pour the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
    Serve hot in a deep dish and garnish with cilantro.
