Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams pork rind, slim
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 liters chicken consommé
  • salt
  • pepper
  • avocados from Mexico
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Boil the consommé
Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves
Put the oil in a pot and pour the chopped ingredients
Let acitronar
Separate a quarter of the consommé and mix it with the chopped ingredients
Let cool and blend
In the rest of the consommé, add the 250 grams of pork rind to soften it
Liquefy
Mix the two smoothies and now add the cream
season

PRESENTATION

Serve it garnished with slices or cubes of avocado and the chopped pork rind

TIPS

You can add guajillo chili
