I present to you a recipe that my family loves, the delicious Japanese soup with zetas and chicken. It is a rich soup with chicken, noodles and zetas in pure Japanese style, it is so delicious that you will not believe that you prepared it.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/2 packages rice noodle
  • sesame oils, to taste
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled
  • oyster mushrooms, to taste
  • fresh scallion, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Place the chicken breast on the grill and season with salt and pepper.
In a pot put water to boil to cook the noodles, cook for 7 minutes so that they are "al dente".
Cut the zucchini into 4. Place a trickle of sesame oil in a saucepan and cook the zucchini. Add the chicken broth. Add the low-sodium soy sauce and let it cook over low heat. Once the breast is sealed and cooked, remove from heat and cut into thick juliennes. Add the noodles to the broth with zetas.
Cut the scallion into small casters

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

If you do not find zetas, substitute them for any fungus.
