Ingredients

5 portions
  • 200 grams chickpea, dry
  • 1 cup tomtato
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1/2 cups bacon
  • 1/2 cups sausage, or longaniza
  • 1 liter Water
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Soak the chickpeas for one night or 12 hours.
Boil the garbazos with salt until they are soft.
In a casserole fry the chorizo ​​and then the bacon.
In another casserole, fry the onion after the tomato and add the chorizo ​​and the bacon.
When the chickpeas are ready, add the casserole, a little water and salt if necessary. Let boil for 20 minutes over low heat.
