Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups of frozen peas
  • 2 1/2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup of almond toasted fillet
  • to taste of Mint leaf
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a large pot, add the onions and cook until they are clear.
    Add the peas and cook for 2 minutes, add the broth and let cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Blend the soup.
    Let cool and add the Greek Oikos Yogurt.
    Serve cold with toasted almonds and mint leaves.
