Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen pea
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups almond, toasted fillet
  • to taste Mint leaf
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large pot, add the onions and cook until they are clear.
Add the peas and cook for 2 minutes, add the broth and let cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Blend the soup.
Let cool and add the Greek Oikos Yogurt.
Serve cold with toasted almonds and mint leaves.
