Campbells® poblano pepper cream is a classic that can not be missed in your recipe book, they are delicious baby corn, mayonnaise, grated cheese and the creaminess of the poblano Campbells® cream. It is a recipe very simple to prepare but with an incomparable flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chile Poblano Cream Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vegetable oil
  • 8 pieces of corn in tin baby
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 4 teaspoons of Panela cheese grated (to decorate)

    Preparation

    Pour the can of Campbells® poblano chili cream in a small pot and heat over medium heat. Add water, milk and cook for 10 minutes.
    Heat the oil in a small skillet over high heat and fry the elotitos for 4 minutes; salt pepper.
    Serve in a deep dish and decorate with two elotitos, mayonnaise and grated cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the cream and decorate with corn kernels.

    TIPS

    Dry the corn ears with absorbent paper before frying.
