Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 teaspoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 8 roma tomatoes, Seedless
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups basil, washed, disinfected and without stem
  • 6 teaspoons Margarine Chantilly® Spring Without Salt
  • 1 3/4 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon chives, disinfected and finely chopped

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Chantilly® Salty Spring Margarine and fry the garlic and onion in it until golden brown. Add the tomato and cook for a few minutes until it softens a little.
Remove from heat and blend perfectly with milk. Strain and return to the pot over medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add and add the teaspoons of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
Dissolve Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the water and pour it into the cream. Integra well and let boil to thicken. Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with the onion.
