Blend the evaporated milk with the cream cheese, then add the chicken broth with the powdered chicken consommé, and finally add the walnuts gradually. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the mixture, simmering for about 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly (stir constantly), adding salt and pepper to taste.
