Soup of rajas poblanas with milk, delicious recipe, easy to prepare that is perfect to enjoy at national holidays or in any type of event. Its delicious flavor will delight everyone who tastes it.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of chile poblano
  • 1 piece of corn cob shelled
  • 1/4 of piece of onion filleted
  • 200 grams of goat cheese
  • 1 liter of milk tibia
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of epazote
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    Toast the chiles, clean, unveil and slice into slices.
    Fry the onion with the slices, add the elotitos and the epazote.
    Add the water; little by little the warm milk and let boil.
    When it takes 10 minutes, check the cooking of the elotitos, add the cheese in strips and let boil 5 or 10 minutes more, depending on how much they lack the elotes.
    Turn off the fire, rectify seasoning. It serves.
