Preparation
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Empty the soup and fry it for 5 minutes mixing constantly.
Add the tomato puree and mix. Immediately add chicken broth and salt pepper.
Add chipotle chili, cilantro and mix. Lower the flame of the stove to the minimum.
Cook for 20 minutes or until all the liquid evaporates and the pasta is cooked.
Empty the soup in a cake pan. Compact the soup a little and unmold in an extended dish.
For decoration: mix the cream with the chili perfectly in a small bowl. Dip the soup cake with this mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed chicharrón, mixed with cilantro.
