  • 50 milliliters soy
  • 12 nori seaweed
  • 100 grams chives
  • 100 grams mushroom
  • 700 grams chicken breast
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi juice
  • 4 eggs
  • to taste chicken seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Soak the noodle in a first metal bowl filled with water. After 10 min, heat the water with the noodle until it boils and let it rest. Then drain.
Pour the finely chopped scallion into a second bowl, the sliced ​​fresh mushrooms, 4 sheets of dried seaweed cut into small rectangles, the 5 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 pinches of seasoning.
Pour a liter of water into the second bowl and heat over high heat until boiling. When the water is boiling lower the flame.
Season the chicken with Maggi Juice and seasoned chicken.
Cook the chicken in a pan with oil. When finished cooking, let simmer in the pan.
Pour the following ingredients into the bowl in the following order: 1. Noodles. 2. Hot broth 3. Hot chicken breasts (AL TASTE). 4. An egg RAW over an area where there are fewer noodles (This is to make the same heat of the broth and cook the egg inside the same broth). 5. A sheet of dried seaweed cut into squares. 5. Sprinkle seasoning over everything.


The presentation will depend a lot on the way and the care with which you pour everything in the bowl. Serve VERY, VERY HOT.


You can add more types of meat, vegetables, seasonings, etc. As long as the use of noodles, soy sauce, seaweed and chives is respected.
