Ingredients

4 portions
  • 45 grams butter
  • 1 leek
  • 2 onions, filleted
  • 2 cloves garlic, filleted
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 liters Vegetables soup
  • to taste pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper

Preparation

Cut the onion and the julienne pore. Washes and disinfects the already cut pore.
Heat a medium and deep pot over medium heat. Pour olive oil together with 25 gr. of butter and add the garlic, the pore, the onion; Cook for 7 minutes over low heat while still moving or until they become translucent.
Pour the rest of the butter and add salt so they do not brown. Add a half liter of water or vegetable broth to your fried mixture.
Add two hints of oregano and black pepper. Let boil for 10 minutes.
