Preparation
In a saucepan brown the chicken with the butter on both sides. Remove it and add all the vegetables, except the potatoes and sauté them to begin to brown. Add the potatoes, the chicken and 2 liters of water. Season with salt and pepper and cook covered until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is cooked.
Remove the chicken, cut it into cubes and return it to the soup. When it is boiling add the pasta and cook until it is at its point. To rectify the seasoning and to serve.
