  • 1/2 kilos carrot, cut into slices
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, (tomato liquefied with garlic)

  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • enough oil
  • enough Water
  • 1/2 cups cream

Preparation

Heat the oil, fry the onion and tomato sauce.
Add water, carrot, salt and pepper and let it cook over low heat, when cooked remove it from the heat and add the cream. Mix and serve hot.
