The Royal icing is perfect for decorating cookies or cakes with small details, it is also very easy to use and easier to prepare. Follow this step by step and decorate your cookies for Christmas or your theme parties.
To make Royal Icing you need: • 3 tablespoons of meringue powder • 4 cups of powdered sugar • 6 tablespoons of warm water
2
In a bowl place the meringue powder with 3 tablespoons of water and beat until it forms foam.
3
Integra, cup by cup, the icing sugar, making sure there is nothing left between the cup and cup. Use a spatula to lower whatever sticks on the walls of the bowl.
4
Add the rest of the water little by little until you get the desired consistency. Add the color you want to give your decoration.
5
If you want to make details or small figures, let the bitumen get a little thicker.
6
Make sure your utensils have no traces of grease, as this could change the final consistency of the Royal Icing.

También puedes sustituirlo con clara de huevo y ya no le echas agua. Sólo unas pocas gotas de limón. ..
