For this tip, you will need:

• 1 bowl
• 1 kitchen strainer
• 1 cup of the dry ingredient to sift (flour, icing sugar, cococa, etc.)

Place the kitchen strainer over the bowl and then add ½ cup of flour to the strainer.

Gently tap the edge of the strainer with the palm of the hand repeatedly, so that the flour passes and falls into the bowl.

Repeat with the other half of the flour.
