Light Strawberry Atole

  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon clear vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • strawberries, for serving
  • walnuts, chopped, to decorate

  • Blend a liter of AdeS® Soya with the sugar, strawberries, vanilla, starch and walnut until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Heat the atole in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, serve hot and decorate with strawberries and chopped nuts. Enjoy
