For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Put the ground meat in a bowl, add a raw egg and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add Worcestershire sauce and seasoning juice.

Mix everything well.

To make the broth: in the blender, blend the tomato with half an onion and garlic.

Put the tomato in a pot with a little oil and season with basil and salt.

Boil an egg until hard. Chop it.

Seal each meatball well, shaping it into a ball, so the egg doesn’t leak out.

Start incorporating the meatballs into the broth and wait for it to boil.

When the meat is ready, take it out of the pot and serve with broth. If you like, serve with rice.
