The apple diet

The good news, and although its name suggests otherwise, is that you won't be eating just apples for a week; your diet will progress from pure fruit to eating salad and grilled meat. Remember not to exercise too much during the diet and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and strong.

The protein diet

The famous Atkins diet that celebrities in Hollywood follow is basically about this. Eating plenty of animal protein, zero carbohydrates, and complementing with vegetables ensures you energy, good muscle toning, and significant weight loss in the first few days. Make sure to follow it to the letter and consult your nutritionist with any questions.

Detox diet

The good thing about this diet is that it not only promises to help you lose up to seven kilos when you finish, but it will also rid your body of toxins from excess food, drink, or simply from environmental pollution. Although it is a rigorous diet, you will be able to eat balanced meals and not just depend on fruits and vegetables.

The military diet

If you want to lose three kilos in three days, this is the way to achieve it. It is a fairly strict diet where you must measure every gram of what you consume. You can eat bread, banana, a bit of tuna, and occasionally some meat and cheese. Remember not to exercise and stay hydrated throughout the process to ensure your safety.

The rice diet

Losing two kilos in a week is what this diet guarantees you, and if done correctly, you shouldn't regain them. The difficult part is that for one week you will only be able to eat white rice, unlimited fruits, and vegetables. In addition to this, you must stay hydrated to achieve the best results.
